1. Service Agreement
By submitting your device for repair at Mac Repair Center Mumbai, you agree to these terms. Mac Repair Center provides device repair services subject to the conditions below.
2. Diagnosis
Initial diagnosis is provided free of charge with no obligation. A detailed fault report and quote will be provided before any repair work begins. You must approve the quote before work commences.
3. No Fix, No Fee
Our No Fix, No Fee policy applies to all logic board repairs and data recovery work. If we cannot fix the stated fault, no charge is applied. This does not apply to standard parts replacements (screen, battery, keyboard) where the repair outcome is certain.
4. Warranty
All repairs carry a 90-day parts and labour warranty. If the same fault recurs within 90 days of repair, we will rectify it at no charge. Warranty is void if the device has been tampered with by a third party after our repair, or has sustained new physical or liquid damage.
5. Data Privacy
We operate a strict data privacy policy. Technicians do not access personal data on your device. However, you are advised to back up your data before submitting for repair. Mac Repair Center is not liable for data loss that occurs as a result of hardware failure during repair.
6. Liability
Mac Repair Center's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of business arising from device failure or repair. Our maximum liability in all cases is capped at the value of the repair.
7. Uncollected Devices
Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion, despite notification, may be disposed of to recover storage costs. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before disposal.
