Warranty Policy
90-day repair warranty.
Every repair at Mac Repair Center Mumbai is covered by a 90-day parts and labour warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we fix it at no charge.
What the warranty covers
Parts warranty
All replacement parts — screens, batteries, keyboards, logic board components — are covered for 90 days from the date of repair. If a part fails within this period due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it free of charge.
Labour warranty
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days. If the same fault recurs due to our repair work, we re-diagnose and fix it at no additional labour charge.
No-fix-no-fee
For all logic board, chip-level, and water damage repairs — if we cannot fix the fault, you pay nothing. This applies even after diagnostic work has been carried out.
Data recovery guarantee
If we are unable to recover any data from your device, you pay nothing for the data recovery attempt. Assessment and diagnosis are always free.
Warranty exclusions
- Physical damage occurring after the repair (drops, liquid spills on repaired components)
- Software issues unrelated to the repair performed
- Issues caused by unauthorised modifications after our repair
- Normal wear and tear on consumables (keyboard, trackpad)
- Damage from power surges or improper charging equipment
How to claim your warranty
Contact us
WhatsApp or call us with your repair receipt number and describe the issue.
Bring in or schedule pickup
Walk in to our Kandivali West workshop or we'll arrange free pickup across Mumbai.
Assessment
We diagnose the issue to confirm it falls within warranty scope. This is always free.
Repair at no charge
If the issue is covered, we repair it at no additional cost. Turnaround is same day for most warranty repairs.
